Our houses

Care homes in timber — built for people.

We develop care properties that meet real needs. Three core concepts — single-storey group homes, two-storey solutions and larger care residences — all in dark-green timber panel, with generous daylight and soft transitions between inside and out.

Single-storey timber house with five linked care apartments

Concept 01

Single-storey group home

6 residents · ground-level · private entrances

Linked apartments on one level with private entrances and patios. Maximum accessibility, calm circulation for staff and a clear sense of home for residents.

Two-storey house in green timber panel with balconies and carport

Concept 02

Two-storey group home

6 residents · smaller footprint · carport

The same safety and quality as the single-storey home, on a more compact plot. Ideal where build rights are limited or the terrain calls for height rather than width.

SoL — modern care home with 17 residents

Concept 03

SoL — larger care residence

17 residents · scalable · shared spaces

Our larger format for elderly and assisted-living care. Shared living rooms, kitchens and patios with room for family. Scales to site, demand and operator preferences.

The concept

Three concepts — one shared idea.

Our houses share the same considered foundation: timber as a primary material, abundant daylight, clear staff flow and architecture that ages well. We develop standardised concepts to safeguard quality and timelines — but each house is adapted to the site, the municipality and the operator.

  • Home first

Scale, materials and colour that feel like a home — not an institution.

  • Daylight in every room

Large window openings and through-light reduce anxiety and support circadian rhythm.

  • True accessibility

Wide passages, step-free layouts and bathrooms designed for daily care work.

  • Staff-friendly

Short distances, clear sightlines and practical workstations reduce stress.

Why timber, dark-green panel and low building height

Renewable material

Timber stores carbon and can replace concrete in load-bearing structure — a lower climate footprint across the full lifecycle.

Natural insulation

Timber frames create a comfortable indoor climate and energy-efficient operation year-round.

Faster construction

Prefabricated timber modules shorten build time, reduce disruption and deliver predictable timelines.

Fire- and acoustic-tested

Modern timber construction meets the same demanding fire and acoustic standards as heavy structures.

Human scale

One to two storeys with pitched roofs blend into neighbourhoods and countryside — no oversized volumes.

Ages beautifully

Dark-green panel patinas gently and requires minimal maintenance across the property's lifespan.

Value for the neighbourhood

Our care properties create added value in the surrounding area through considered architecture where design and function go hand in hand. By replacing underused land with high-quality buildings, green outdoor spaces and accessible areas, we increase not only the value of the property — but the value of the entire neighbourhood.

Standardised — never identical

Our concepts are thoroughly developed so every new project starts from proven layouts, calculations and technical choices. We then tailor:

01

The site

Volume, height and placement adapt to plot, terrain and zoning plan.

02

The operator

Resident count, layout and staff areas are shaped together with the care provider.

03

The municipality

Materials, roof pitch and outdoor spaces are aligned with design guidelines and master plans.

04

The need

LSS, elderly care, short-term care or mixed — the concept scales with the target group.
